Grizzlies had a 3-on-1 fast break vs Wemby and were too afraid to go anywhere near him at the rim.
Only ends up in a basket bc of some shameful back line defense from Champagnie and Mamukelashvili after Wemby's closeout. pic.twitter.com/mSKCUPnT4m

A bright spot for Memphis was the play of Brandon Clarke, who was out for a year with his achilleas injury. Clarke was one of the five starters scoring in double-figures for Memphis (one of six Grizzlies scoring in double-figures too). Memphis has scraped through a record setting injury-ridden season with two-way players and 10-day contracts. Tuesday night was no exception.
Next up: Memphis takes on the Cavaliers Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. Pregame at 5:30 p.m. live on 92.9 FM ESPN (680 AM) and via the Audacy app in Memphis.
