Memphis Tigers transfer recruit Nemanja Popovic, who has played EuroLeague Basketball for several years, has been cleared by the NCAA for two seasons of college basketball. However in a statement from Memphis Tigers Athletics, the University of Memphis notes that Popovic's eligibility will come with a six game initial sit out period due to his former professional status.
