Doc Rivers has won an NBA championship, but there seem to be questions about his postseason NBA record. Regardless, the Milwaukee Bucks fired Adrian Griffin mid-season and are replacing him with River. Despite Griffin's 30-13 start with the Bucks, rumors out of Milwaukee alleged that the locker room "vibes" were bad. The Bucks were 22nd defensively.

"You need somebody in their the players don't question as much," Jason Smith said on 92.9 FM ESPN's Jason & John Show on Wednesday.
