TNT's Greg Anthony joined JR Moore and Brad Carson on Wednesday's Jason & John Show on 92.9 FM ESPN to discuss the return of Ja Morant to the court on Tuesday night. Anthony called the Grizzlies vs. Pelicans game nationally on TNT and told 92.9 FM ESPN that Ja Morant's return is about "instilling confidence" to the rest of the team. Many of Morant's teammates will soon return to their normal roles on the Grizzlies second unit.
Anthony pointed out that the team should improve even more with the return of Marcus Smart and Luke Kennard. Anthony added, "Now you're not asking things they're (Morant's Grizzly teammates) not comfortable with."

Anthony was generally upbeat about this Memphis team, despite having only six wins during Ja Morant's 25-game suspension. "Both guys (Jaren Jackson and Desmond Bane) are having their best offensive years."
The Grizzlies return to the court on Thursday (12/21) taking on the Indiana Pacers on 92.9 FM ESPN. Pregame starts at 6:30 p.m. with tip at 7:00 p.m.
