The Braves took another game from an NL East rival on Monday night as they beat the Phillies 7-2, won their 90th game of the season and extended their lead in the NL East to 9.5 games.

With the NL East unofficially wrapped up, there are some questions about how the Braves should handle the final stretch of games. Should they get guys rest? Set their rotation? Work in younger prospects? Try to rehab certain guys?
"How do you manage these last 17 games," questions Fricke. "This thing is over, what do you have to play for? 100 wins, the #1 seed, or to stay sharp and not get rusty?"
Hugh Douglas closes by explaining that 100 wins is just a number and that glory in October is all that matters.
"I want everybody ready to roll, I'm not worried about 100 wins, but would you rather have 100 wins or a World Series win. You have 17 games left, play lights out all the way through and everything will fall into place. My main focus would be to be sharp going in to the playoffs."
