Atlanta Hawks CEO Steve Koonin joined Dukes & Bell to talk about what the Hawks are doing around the community to help out people in need due to the Corona pandemic, when we may see NBA action again, and could the NBA schedule be altered forever?
Koonin told the guys that this could lead to dramatic change for NBA schedule.
“If we go back to this season, the kind of plan that I talked about a few weeks ago has to happen. You can’t finish a season in August and start in October, it’s impossible.” Koonin said “The platform is there for something very, very dramatic to change, the platform for baseball 195, 110 games. It’s going to be very interesting to see who are the adapters first and most important thing we want to do is get back to playing the games we love in front of fans.”
