No break for Falcons as Eagles just as tough

After dropping the season opener to the Vikings, the Falcons have now lost their last 4 meetings with Minnesota and only one of them, a Falcons home game in 2017, was a one-possession game. 

The Falcons next opponent, the Philadelphia Eagles, has been almost as equally a tough out for Atlanta. While the games have been a little bit more competitive, the Falcons have lost their last three games against the Eagles.


Dave Archer also broke down some of the changes he expects from Week 1 to Week 2.

"I think you can fix the run game, setting a better edge and being more physical, they tightened their belt in the run game in the second half. Offensively you're going to have to figure out what's going on up front and find a way to finish drives."
