Former Patriots LB Willie McGinest joins John & Hugh and speaks on the Patriots dysnasty, having been there since the beginning.
McGinest talks about how Bill Belichick had a vision, and implemented it. Everyone on the team had a roll, and there was no room for individualism. Players soon learned that through team success, you get individual success.
"The Patriot way" exists in every locker room, and has everything to do with the team and sacrificeing everything for it.
McGinest then goes on to talk about Tom Brady, and how once given a chance, took the opportunity and didn't look back. He has one of the best work ethics in the NFL.
