Their SEC western foes LSU, 1, and Alabama, 2, are still juggernauts the Dawgs will have to get past if they want to get into the College Football Playoff.
How does the win over Florida make you feel that Georgia stacks up with LSU and Alabama?
"Every statistical category that really matters on defense, they're number one in the league," ESPN/SEC Network's D.J. Shockley said. "When you get into those type of ballgames, defenses are the one that keep you in."
However, Shockley isn't as confident when it comes to the Bulldogs' offense.
"I still don't think Georgia is on the caliber offensively to score 35, 40 points and go track-meet style with an Alabama or LSU."
