American television host and sports reporter Kristin Leahy joined Dukes and Bell on Radio Row at Super Bowl 53. Leahy talked about getting her start at WEEI in Boston and her time with Colin Cowherd.
Leahy then talked about her new show, "Fair Game with Kristin Leahy."
Leahy then spoke about what she did last night, “I went to the concert with all the lils’. Lil’ Yatchy. Lil’ Baby, Lil Jon. Migos and Jeezy.” Leahy then talked about the girls twerking on stage during the concert last night.
Leahy on the Patriots, “Brady and Belichick have such a legacy. I wasn’t expecting the Patriots to blow out the Chargers.”
Leahy on the Rams, “Jared Goff is wise behind his years. Coach McVay doesn’t actually let his players call him Coach. He wants them to call him Sean because if they call him Coach, he will call them player.”
Leahy then spoke about what it is like being a woman in the sports media world. She urged girls in college to intern multiple times, network like crazy, and know your stuff.
Leahy talked about the Lavar Ball situation she had to deal with when she worked on The Herd.
Leahy on the most interesting interview she has had to date, “You guys had Deontay Wilder earlier this week and he was so much fun when I got a chance to interview him.”
Leahy likes the Patriots to beat the Rams on Sunday.
