NFL Network Draft analyst Charles Davis joined Dukes & Bell to recap the NFL scouting combine, and tell us who he thinks fits the Atlanta Falcons perfectly.

Charles talked about the Clemson defensive lineman who are coming out in the draft.

“Wilkins to me leads the pack he can do everything, Lawrence is an absolute monster but I don’t think he’s the traditional two down guy, I think he can play 3 downs as a pass rusher as well.” Davis said “Ferrell is a guy who can get after the passer and some people might try to make a Linebacker where they drop him coverage which would be a disservice to him.”

Davis told the guys who he likes better between Christian Wilkins and Ed Oliver.

“I like Wilkins a little bit better, I think he can do all the things that Oliver can do.” Davis said “I’m eager to see what Oliver weighs in at because he put on weight to weigh in at 287 and he’s also a little bit shorter. Watch his weight at his pro day because I think he plays his best in his 270’s.

When asked about Montez Sweat’s draft status.

“I think he’s gaining more and more stature as times goes on, even before he ran that 4.41 which is ridiculous.” Davis said “He’s not as stout as you want in the run game, but he still plays well against the run which is not unusual for really good pass rushers and Montez Sweat fits exactly what you want in the profile to play for the Atlanta Falcons.”

Charles told the guys if he has heard the things that Charley Casserly reported about Kyler Murray.

“I didn’t, but Charley Casserly has been a General Manager in the league, he’s won Super Bowls, so when he talks I tend to listen to him.” Davis said “Here’s the thing we’re all going to get different reports, Charley is putting out a report of what he heard, what people have told him, unless he’s filing a false report that’s what people think, that doesn’t mean every team that talked to him thought that.”
