After leaving Monday's game after five-innings because of a blister, the Atlanta Braves announced they officially placed Max Fried on the Injury List due to that injury.
The #Braves today recalled RHP Bryse Wilson from Triple-A Gwinnett and he will start tonight’s game at Milwaukee. The club placed LHP Max Fried on the 10-day injured list with a blister on his left index finger.

July 16, 2019 With 14 days until the MLB trade deadline (July 31), and Fried being on the IL essentially up until then, does it put more pressure on Braves GM Alex Anthopoulos to make a move?
"It should," Randy McMichael said. "But I'm just not believing that they're in a rush to do anything."
"I think they're looking for their two guys...and can they get back to form?"
Those guys would be Mike Foltynewicz and Kevin Gausman who are still trying to work themselves back to the big club.
"I just don't think they're in a rush," McMichael continued. "I don't think they want to give up the assets to get what they want. But again, I didn't know they were going to get Dallas Keuchel."
