The Atlanta Braves needed a huge series vs the division leading New York Mets this week, and they delivered big time! The Braves swept the 3-game series versus the Mets, but that is only the beginning of what needs to be a winning final 10 days of June. The Braves will face the Marlins over the weekend, then head to New York to face the Mets, then it will be on to Philly.

After getting swept by the Braves, the Mets are now tied with the Phillies for the division lead, and for the Braves to be taken seriously as threat in the second half, the Braves have to win the remaining three series in June, then they will come back home to face two very beatable teams at home to start the month of July. Randy McMichael and Abe Gordon discuss the great sweep of the Mets, and the need for the Braves to keep winning before the Midsummer Classic at home.
