Christmas came just a few days late for Atlanta fans as Braves' general manager Alex Anthopoulos got to play Santa and give this franchise the shiny toy its been wishing for.

Star pitcher Chris Sale was acquired from the Boston Red Sox and joins what was already an impressive, but shaky pitching rotation. However, does this addition give the Braves the best pitching rotation in all of baseball?

The entire city of Atlanta begged the Braves to make a big move. Insert Chris Sale, who will likely slot into the third spot in the Braves' lineup. As Caleb Johnson pointed out on "The Dopey Millennial Show," some people are already putting the Braves rotation at the top of league lists.

"Fangraph says Atlanta is the No. 1 rotation in baseball," said Johnson and that is high praise when pitching staffs like the Dodgers are out there, who made a big addition of their own bringing in Yoshinobu Yamamoto. A lineup of Max Fried, Spencer Strider, and Chris Sale could certainly be enough to get the Braves past their recent postseason struggles.

Losing a young talent like Vaughn Grissom is not an ideal loss, but a welcome trade for another ace on the staff, especially one the Braves will only have to pay $500K this upcoming season.

The question now... What's next? Is Anthopoulos done making deals and adding to one of the best rosters in all of baseball, or are there more changes coming on the horizon? We may not find out till next year.
