Olson now leads the National League in home runs (13), RBI (33), runs (35), slugging (.685), and OPS (1.077).

It’ll be hard for Matt to stay as hot as he is now for the entirety of the season, but if ends up having a year anywhere near the year he had in 2023 when he hit 54 home runs and had 139 RBI he will be a front runner for the 2026 NL MVP award.
