The MLB All-Star break is here but news is still coming down that impacts the Braves. Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred said that Atlanta will be “in the mix” to host the All-Star Game in 2025.
Manfred added that he was not prepared to discuss the matter further at this time. The Braves hosted the event in 1972 and 2000.
The Braves were set to host the contest in 2021 but the game was relocated to Colorado as a response to a voting law approved in the state.
Texas is slated to host the event next season and Philadelphia gets the nod in 2026.
