Senior NFL writer Mike Sando joined Dukes & Bell and talked about if the Falcons make another Super Bowl with Matt Ryan and Julio Jones.
Sando told the guys if he thinks the star duo will be able to get back to the Super Bowl one more time.
“I feel like the window will close before they’re able to do that.” Sando said “Maybe they’ll prove me wrong. Maybe they’re closer than I think defensively to getting where they need to be to round that out. I feel like they had their great chance and should have won the game against New England, I mean you came as close as you can possibly winning a game without winning a game and you didn’t do it, and that happens to teams.”
“It’s hard to get back, to me the likelihood of all of those things coming together around them, while they still both playing well and both healthy and all that seems hard.”
