The Falcons are off to a 1-2 start to the NFL season, considered disappointing by some because all three games have been winnable in the 4th quarter, but the first goal of the season, winning the NFC South is still in their control after the Bucs and Saints both lost on Sunday and the next three games are against the three teams in your division.

The Falcons will play back-to-back home games against the Saints in Week 4 followed by Thursday night Football in Week 5 as they host the Buccaneers. Atlanta will end their 3-game stretch against NFC South opponents in Week 6 against the Panthers in Carolina.

The Falcons have high expectations this season, with some expecting a 11 or 12 win season, but the main goal remains simple, make the playoffs, and the easiest way to do that is still by winning the division, and starting 1-2 won't prevent them from doing that if they handle business the next three weeks.
