The Atlanta Falcons report to training camp this week, and there will be a lot to watch for at Flowery Branch, and one thing The Morning Shift mentioned earlier today that they’ll be watching for is the one on one matchups that’ll be happening.
“I wanna see hey lets watch James Pearce Jr. go up against Jake Matthews like what does that look like? Jack Nelson is a rookie offensive tackle lets see what he looks like against Jalon Walker? Let's watch Kyle Pitts match up against some of these safeties, let's watch him match up against Jordan Fuller, Xavier Watts, and DeMarrco Hellams that we’ve talked about and let's see what those matchups look like.” Mike Johnson said
All the matchups that Mike pointed out will definitely be ones to look out for and ones that will go a long way in deciding which Falcons will begin the season as starters.
