The Falcons have some questions about the overall talent on defense, especially after waiting until the 2nd Round to take a defensive player and focusing most of their salary cap space this offseason on offense, but the expectations are still high on that side of the ball, and whether that unit will have success will come down to Raheem Morris' vision of his system and if the players can run it with high efficiency.
The Falcons drafted five players that will play in the defensive front 7 in last week's NFL Draft, and while not everybody agrees with the selections, their is some hope that Raheem Morris identified specific players he sees with the ability to run his system and that could pay off more than simply drafting the most talent and hoping they fit.
