Falcons open preseason with 27-7 loss to Broncos
The Atlanta Falcons took to the field on Friday in their first preseason game of the 2026 NFL season and the end results of a 27-7 loss to the Denver Broncos has appeared to have raised concerns in regards to the Falcons’ offense, now under the direction of new head coach, Kevin Stefanski and offensive coordinator, Tommy Rees.
“Only two drives, the entire night,” 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes, said on Monday as he and cohost, Mike Bell, noted the Falcons had just two possessions in which they had more than five plays. “That puts it in perspective. The offense as a whole was bad,” Dukes continued as he expressed frustration with the Falcons’ offense lack of production on Friday.
“That stat right there says we didn’t do jack all night long and it didn’t matter who was out there. First team, second team, third team,” Dukes said.Falcons fail to impress on preseason opener
