The Atlanta Falcons wrapped up mandatory minicamp on Wednesday and there appeared to be a mutual feeling by players in which they all emphasized the urgency for the team to reach the playoffs, which they last did in 2017.
"When you get to the playoffs, it's a whole different world," Falcons' safety, Jessie Bates III, said as he joined 92-9 The Game's Carl Dukes and Mike Bell and expressed his desire for his teammates to be able to share in the experience of participating in the postseason, especially for those yet to play in a playoff game.
"Every brother I play with, I want them to experience that playoff atmosphere," Bates III said, expressing that he and his teammates are determined to break the Falcons' playoff drought. "The urgency of getting back to the playoffs is a big deal for sure," Bates III continued.
