As the NFL trade Deadline approaches (4pm ET on Tuesday Oct. 29) there's been some discussion nationally about the Falcons and if they will be sellers at the deadline.
There are certainly a number of players on the team who would draw major interest and TE Austin Hooper leads that group.
"I don't think that's going to be the case because if you do that the Falcons are basically giving up," says Hugh Douglas.
Hugh Douglas also disagrees with John Fricke's notion that there are 7 untradeable guys on the Falcons.
"I would say there's only one guy who is untradeable and that's probably the quarterback," says Hugh Douglas. "I think everybody else is up in the air, even Julio at this point is tradeable. Julio Jones is a Hall of Fame receiver, but nobody is above being traded right now except the quarterback. You've paid out a lot of money to a lot of different people this year to have a 1-5 start, so at this point everybody is expendable."
