In no way is Falcons lack of pass rush the offense's fault

There's been a convenient narrative surrounding the Falcons lack of a pass rush and inability to sack the quarterback that the Falcons offense haven't put the opponent into must-pass situations enough and that's why they haven't been able to get the opposing QB on the ground, however Midday Show hosts Andy and Randy don't buy that narrative at all.

"This pass rush is so bad that we don't even talk about it anymore, we talk about the offense, that's how bad it is," says Andy Bunker. "It is possible, and teams have done it before, to get a sack even if you're team is losing. You don't have to have a lead to get a sack."

While nobody wants to hear any excuses, you could look at the quarterbacks the team has faced and argue that they are among the tougher QB's to sack in the league. While Derek Carr isn't the most mobile signal-caller in the NFL, trying to get Justin Fields, Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes, and Baker Mayfield has been proven somewhat tricky.
