Dukes & Bell reacted on Friday to recent comments made about the state of the Falcons from GM Terry Fontenot. Fontenot said in an interview to Pro Football Talk that “from the coaching staff to everyone in the building, everyone is doing everything they can to win".
Fontenot added that “there’s a really good mindset in this building and there has been for the last two years".
Falcons’ brass has been applauded for their offseason acquisitions of defensive tackles David Onyemata & Calais Campbell along with first-round draft pick in running back Bijan Robinson. The main question mark surrounding the team is if sophomore QB Desmond Ridder will be able to lead the team on and off the field to their first playoff appearance since 2017.
