Robb Tribble was burning up on the inside as he got ready to fill in on the night show. The Rooney Rule is something that has been questioned for a long time. Some would even say that they need to get rid of the rule all together.
Robb thinks that the league needs to be better when it comes to their hiring practices. Tribble said "the NFL is the ultimate meritocracy."
There should be more diversity in higher ranking positions given that the majority of the players are African-American.
The Rooney Rule shouldn't be done away with, it just needs to be taken seriously when it comes in to play.
