Ever since the initial report broke that Matt Ryan could potentially become the Atlanta Falcons President of Football there were a handful of national media members, local media members, and even Falcons fans that had concerns about Matt taking this role because of his lack of experience in an executive type of role like the one he’s in now.

However, earlier today The Morning Shift explained why they believe all the traits the former NFL MVP and four-time Pro Bowler have that made him a great quarterback are what will make him a great President of Football for the Falcons as well.

“Of all the knocks that people have tried to come out with Matt about his time as a quarterback, you know his limitations with his arm strength you know people made a big deal about, yet he’s probably going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame as a player, just shows you how big of a grinder he is, and in these jobs in the front office the guy that not only knows what he’s looking at, but grinds and just puts that work in is going to be successful, that’s why you should be excited about Matt Ryan.” Beau Morgan said

Matt Ryan’s work ethic, competitive drive and fire, attention to detail, and his want to to be the best is what made him a Hall of Fame level quarterback, and it’s what’ll make him a great President of Football for the Atlanta Falcons.
