It's not farfetched to say that the Falcons potentially could have the best offense in the NFC South for the 2023 season.
Is it farfetched to think that this offense could be among the best in the NFC altogether?
That's what the addition of running back Bijan Robinson brought - a new level of expectations that Sandra Golden described like this on this morning's Steakhouse - "There's nothing sexier in the NFL right now than looking at that Falcons offensive side of the ball."
The Falcons have used top 10 picks the last three years on skill positions in TE Kyle Pitts, WR Drake London, and yesterday's eighth overall selection of RB Bijan Robinson. Add that to an improving offensive line that locked in guard Chris Lindstrom and tackle Kaleb McGary for the foreseeable future with contract extensions. Yes, there's still room for improvement at the other guard and center spots. This team has got some serious weapons on that side of the ball.
"Desmond Ridder, you've got weapons all over the place. Welcome to expectation city", Steak said in description about the potential for this team.
And Steak is right. The pieces are now around for the second year QB to go out and thrive.
