As the NBA's trade deadline looms, teams across the NBA are scrambling to solidify their rosters. Now the Atlanta Hawks have officially made a move of their own in a three-way deal with the Golden State Warriors and the Detroit Pistons.
Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Hawks acquired third-year small forward Saddiq Bey from the Pistons in exchange for five second-round picks that were sent to Golden State, while the Warriors sent center James Wiseman to the Pistons.
Bey had transitioned from the starting lineup to a reserve role for the Pistons this season. Off the bench, he has averaged a respectable 14.8 points per game, 4.7 rebounds per game, and 1.6 assists per game while shooting 34.5 percent from deep -- however, these numbers are all down from last season.

The 23-year-old should still be a nice addition for the Hawks, as they have been in need of consistent bench play on the wing.
