The NBA Draft Lottery is on Sunday and the Atlanta Hawks have a 43.2% chance to land one of the top-4 picks due to their draft-day trade last year with New Orleans. In what is viewed as a "generational draft", with multiple players at the top who could be franchise-changing, are the Hawks a lock to actually make their selection, or could there be some other moves to make that could speed up the timeline to contend? Could a package for an elite player be the plan as opposed to drafting, waiting for development, and hoping they made the right call?
Could Hawks trade top pick for All-NBA caliber star?
