Jon Chuckery was joined by Zach Harper, of The Athletic, Wednesday to talk about next steps for the Atlanta Hawks. How can the team improve? Are there big changes coming?

Harper talked about what he perceived the problem to be.

"I think the majority of their problems aren't talent-based," Harper said about the Hawks. "They have a super-talented roster, they have kind of a deep roster. I think it's about leadership, and that goes throughout the entire organization. It fell on Trae Young a lot this year, and I do think he's culpable and I do think he has a lot to prove.

"Whether he agrees with what his reputation is or not, it doesn't matter. he has that reputation around the league. He's looked at as a coach killer. He's looked at as a bad leader. He's looked at as someone who just cares about stats. None of that could be true, but that what a lot of people think now. So, if he cares to change that, that's on him."

What change looks like for Young and the Hawks is what Harper talked about next.

"I would love to see him [Young] work with Quin Snyder," Harper said. "I'd love to see Dejounte Murray work with Quin Snyder because I think Quin is a hell of a coach and I think those are two super-talented players. I think if you have that backcourt coached well throughout a regular season and the playoffs, that's a very dangerous team. That's someone who everyone's worried about."
