The Atlanta Hawks are heading to the Eastern Conference Finals for only the second time in franchise history, due in part to Game 7's unlikely hero Kevin Huerter.
On a night that saw poor shooting from star point guard Trae Young, Huerter was able to put up a postseason career-high 27 points and seven rebounds in the Hawks 103-96 elimination of the Philadelphia 76ers.
Young ended up with 21 points, but only shot 5 for 23, including 2 for 11 from 3-point range.
The Hawks will face the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 1 on Wednesday.
