Atlanta Hawks guard Bogdan Bogdanovic returned from a knee injury to score 18 points off the bench in a 121-104 win over the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.
The bench outscored the Kings backups 41-11 in the first half with 16 of Bogdanovic's 18 points coming in that half.
Should Hawks head coach Nate McMillan consider using Bogdanovic off the bench?
"That's what I think he should do," Andy Bunker said. "There's a lot to be said about having a guy like that coming off your bench."
"What we saw last night--and maybe I'm in love with what we saw last night--but I was talking about Bogey off the bench even before we saw what they did last night."
Andy said he likes what Kevin Huerter has been able to do in the starting lineup.
"I really like that mix of Trae (Young) and (De'Andre) Hunter and Huerter and (John) Collins and (Clint) Capela. All those guys fill very specific roles, and it helps Trae, I think, a lot to have those guys in that offense with him as starters.
"Bogey's a guy that's just going to get his, and I like him doing that off the bench. I just love the energy of that group."
