Georgia football has a lot of things going for it as the Dawgs head into the 2021 season, including a returning QB in J.T. Daniels that is already among the Heisman favorites.

In recent seasons UGA has been a RB-heavy offense, and that's not necessarily going to change in 2021.

While UGA has lost a number of running backs to the NFL in recent drafts, they always have more, and coming into this season the RB room is quite full.

Georgia is expecting to be returning their top five leading rushers from the 2020 season, including James Cook, Zamir White, Kenny McIntosh, and Kendall Milton.

With such a logjam at the position, DawgNation UGA Columnist Mike Griffith takes a look at how things could play out over the next few months leading up to the start of the season.

"I don't think Zamir White is the most talented running back on the team. Kendall Milton is a guy that flashed great upside at times, but is he going to be durable and get 15-20 carries a game," wonders Mike Griffith. "Kenny McIntosh has the best numbers, tackle rate, on the game winning drive against Cincinnati. They have a lot of talent, they say go with the hot hand, not seniority, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was attrition at the end of spring, one of the guys says not enough balls go around."
