Georgia offensive coordinator Todd Monken is in demand and multiple NFL teams are interested in making him a NFL OC once again. Monken was previously an offensive coordinator for the Bucs and the Browns.

DawgNation columnist Mike Griffith details that the possibility of Todd Monken leaving is what all the long-term dynasties have had to deal with.

"It comes with the success, it's what Nick Saban has been dealing with throughout his dynasty," explains Mike Griffith. "Now that Georgia's won back-to-back national championships, there's a reason they're doing it and part of it is the coaches they have. Todd Monken has been a big part of it."

Monken reportedly interviewed with the Ravens last week and appears set to speak with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at some point this week.

If Monken does leave for the NFL it would be the second straight offseason that Kirby Smart had to replace one of his coordinators after Dan Lanning took the head coaching job at Oregon a year ago.
