The Georgia Bulldogs took the field on Monday morning for their first official spring practice. We're sure to have a lot of our questions answered when it comes to position battles once training concludes with the annual G-Day Game on April 17th.

For now, Brandon Adams of Dawg Nation Daily joined the Midday Show on Tuesday to answer this specific question: Who is the best player on Georgia's football team right now?

"I think there's a very good chance it's somebody along the defensive line," Adams told Andy and Randy. "I don't think there's any doubt right now, to me, that Georgia's defensive line is...it's deepest and best position group."

Specifically, Adams points out Bulldogs' nose tackle Jordan Davis as one of those stand-out players along the line.

"You talk about somebody who's going to be a star of Pro Days in the future, you know, Jordan Davis I think has a chance to be like a top half of the first round draft pick next year."

Davis will be a key piece to Georgia's 2021 team after announcing he would be returning for his senior season. The 6-foot-6, 330-pounder recorded 16 tackles and one sack in seven games played last season. He suffered an elbow injury in October keeping him out a few games.

Adams also mentions defensive end Jalen Carter and defensive tackle Travon Walker as guys who haven't necessarily shown the production but they have the potential to be two players that could break-through this season.

"If you're thinking about kind of the elite, top-end talent that is the difference between winning a National Championship and not, I don't know that this defensive line is getting as much attention as they probably should...This should be a really, really good defensive line for Georgia, not just in the SEC."
