Why Georgia has no chance to beat Texas on Saturday

In one of the most anticipated matchups in college football, the Georgia Bulldogs will travel to Austin to take on the Texas Longhorns Saturday in a game in which Mark Zinno believes “Texas is winning the game” as he and Sandra Golden discussed on The Steakhouse on Wednesday.

Explaining to Golden how Georgia’s loss to Alabama, who struggled in its win over South Carolina and lost to Vanderbilt, and the Dawgs allowing Mississippi State to score 31 points on Saturday gives him reason to believe Georgia will struggle against a Texas team he considers to be “the bad boy of college football,” as it stands today.

“They are the best team in the land, they have the fewest warts, they have an offense that is nearly unstoppable at this point in time and this is not the same Georgia team we’re used to seeing,” Zinno said as he shared his thoughts on why Georgia will not leave Austin with a win.

Zinno believes Georgia does not instill the same type of “fear” in opponents the way they have done in past seasons. He also notes Dawgs' losses to Alabama in the SEC championship game last year and last month in Tuscaloosa might have ended Georgia's reign as the best team in the SEC.
