The Georgia Bulldogs are looking to get their offense back on track after a spotty 2024 campaign. With former quarterback Carson Beck transferring to Miami, many believe Gunner Stockton will get the reigns at QB1. A growing contingent, however, is asking if Ryan Puglisi could get a look as well?
Stockton performed fairly well when pressed into duty after Beck sustained an injury during their most recent run at another title. According to Seth Emerson of The Athletic, Stockton is beginning to really command the program and emerging as a leader at UGA. Kirby Smart addressed the media Tuesday and noted Stockton is a leader, albeit he is not one to vocalize as much as others have.
Puglisi has very little experience and sustained an injury of his own, limiting his 2024 campaign. Stockton appears to be the frontrunner heading into the Spring.
