This Is It !!! Welcome to week 1 of the High School Scoreboard Show on Sports Radio 92.9 The Game. Metro Atlanta, we are so excited about this because our area has never had a high school scoreboard show of its own. This is YOUR Scoreboard show and we hope that you will join us every Friday night during the 2021 season. Former Pickens head Coach Chris Parker, (Parkerresourses.org) will join me to provide you with storylines, insight, commentary, live updates and of course scores !!
This week we will have three reporters on assignment to keep us updated on some of the area's top matchups. Garrett Chapman will be keeping eye on Marist at Blessed Trinity. War Eagles Head Coach Alan Chadwick will be seeing career victory number 400. Eric Slaughter will be at the North Cobb vs Milton game. Last week the Eagles shutout Hapeville Charter, while North Cobb saw a second half lead face away in a season opening loss to Buford. Daminon Lewis will be holding it down at Godfrey Stadium where Tucker meets Cedar Grove in a showdown between two of DeKalb's most successful football programs. It's the season opener for the Saints, while the Tigers will look to rebound from a loss to Dacula in the Corky Kell Classic.
Chris Parker will have the Coaches Checklist; School Daze will flashback to Friday Night heroes from the past, plus postgame interviews and so much more.
