Steve Nash is out of Brooklyn. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving have now gone through Nash and Kenny Atkinson — plus Jacque Vaughn, who served as interim head coach, reverted back to an assistant role and is once again interim — inside of four seasons.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the suspended Celtics head coach is among the list of candidates the Nets are looking into as the franchise’s next head coach. Should Brooklyn elect to go with Udoka, the Celtics will allow him to leave for another job, per Woj.

UPDATE: According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Udoka has already "emerged as a strong frontrunner."
