Police say the body of a 5-year-old girl who was swept into the ocean earlier this week has been found.
The girl was pulled into the water Tuesday night near Treasure Island Beach when strong waves swept her, her mother, and her brother into the ocean.
Bystanders were able to rescue the mother and boy, but the little girl disappeared in the rough surf.
The Coast Guard and several agencies searched for over 30 hours before suspending the search.
Officials are reminding people to be extra careful at Southern California beaches.
The Orange County Coroner has identified the five-year-old girl as Amada Mia Brown of San Bernardino.
