World Cup fans hit Venice Beach for the Los Angeles World Cup Fan Zone, where they could dive into all things World Cup and watch the last L.A. match on the big screen.
KNX News’ Jon Baird reported that fans were just lined up to get in, including Miguel and his dad.
“It's cool, the sun's out,” he said. “It's a perfect day to come, so I haven't brought him to one, and today's the first day I bring him, so he's pretty excited.”
Another man said coming to the Fan Zone was similar to going to the stadium.
“It’s outside, and you get to meet people from different countries and stuff like that,” he said.
The Fan Zone will also be open in Venice Beach on Saturday.
