Nicolas Cage and wife Riko Shibata are expanding their family.
Cage, 57, and Shibata, 27, are expecting their first baby together, the couple’s representative confirmed to People.

This will be Shibata’s first child and Cage’s third as he has two sons, Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31, from previous relationships.
The representative shared that “the parents-to-be are elated!”
Last year, the actor tied the knot with Shibata in a ceremony in Las Vegas on February 16th at the Wynn Casino.
According to the Clark County Clerk’s Office, Shibata took the “National Treasure” star’s name and was listed on the marriage certificate as Riko Cage. The Hollywood vet later confirmed his new relationship status. “It’s true, and we are very happy,” Cage said in a statement.
The duo became engaged over FaceTime in August 2020 and, since they were in different countries at the time, Cage sent Riko the engagement ring via FedEx.
Riko is Cage's fifth wife. In 2019, he was married to Erika Kookie for four days. Two months later, he was granted a divorce.
Before that, Cage was married to Lisa Marie Presley from 2002 to 2004 and actress Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001. From 2004 to 2015, the actor was married to Alice Kim. The couple shares a son, Kal-El.
The actor's eldest son, Weston, is from his relationship with Christina Fulton. However, the former couple never married.
