A worker at the Pittsburgh airport found a French bulldog in a stroller near short-term parking on Friday. It turned out the owner was heading off to a resort on vacation tried to claim the dog was an emotional support animal and when it didn't work, abandoned it. Thankfully, the dog's okay.
