PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - Wednesday is the second National Letter of Intent Day signing period for highs school football players to commit to a college and two of the top remaining available players have made their decision.

Aliquippa cornerback MJ Devonshire signed with Kentucky over Pitt, West Virginia and other schools

Penn Hills Daequan Hardy goes to Penn State over Michigan, Michigan State and others.

Both Devonshire and Hardy helped their respective schools to WPIAL and PIAA titles in 2018.

Alabama has the highest ranked class according to 24/7 Sports, Penn State ranks 11th, West Virginia 50th and Pitt 52nd.
