(93.7 The Fan) - On the same day it was reported that currently out-of-work wide receiver Antonio Brown’s agent Drew Rosenhaus has severed his ties with Brown until he gets help, it has been reported that his attorney is also leaving him.
He reportedly threw furniture off the balcony of the 14th floor Miami-area apartment.
He is suing for assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress
The incident happened the morning of April 24 at The Mansions at Acqualina in the Miami suburb of Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.
The lawsuit says two large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture fell from high above Sternberg’s son and the toddler’s grandfather, landing “a mere foot or two” from them.
The report says security and police were called and the incident was recorded on surveillance video.
Brown’s landlord has also filed suit over damage to the apartment.
ESPN says court documents show Heitner was allowed to withdraw as council in the case.
