According to reports, Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown has settled with a man who sued him after he claimed Brown almost killed his son with falling furniture last year.
Ophir Sternberg claimed Brown was throwing furniture off of his apartment balcony and his 22-month old son was only a few feet away from the falling pieces.
Sternberg said Brown threw vases and larger pieces of furniture. Brown said it wasn't him and that someone else had access to his apartment.
Police were called to the scene and they said at the time Brown seemed, "agitated."
TMZ reports the settlement is confidential and Brown still faces another lawsuit from the same incident.
The landlord of the complex claims Brown damaged property.
