"The Chief" award is named after Steelers' founder Art Rooney Sr. and is given to the "member of the Steelers' organization that best exemplifies the spirit of cooperation with the media the he embodied."

Linebacker Devin Bush was given the "Joe Greene Great Performance Award". That is awarded to the team's rookie of the year.

The Steelers traded up in this year's draft to pick Bush 10th overall.

The 8-7 Steelers head to Baltimore for a must win game if they want a better chance to keep their playoff hopes alive.
