The game between the Browns and the Steelers is a marquee rematch after the teams' last meetup.
During Week 11's Thursday Night Football game, the Browns' Myles Garrett and the Steelers' Mason Rudolph got into an ugly exchange.
Only one suspension was issued for the Steelers, Maurkice Pouncey with two games.
Maurkice Pouncey is serving his second and final game for his suspension and will miss the Browns and Steelers second meeting.
