(93.7 The Fan) - James Harrison says that Ben Roethlisberger is a good leader. The former Steelers linebacker told "Undisputed with Skip and Shannon" Monday he doesn't think "a lot of the blame goes on Ben".

Harrison said that he has a good relationship with Roethlisberger and that Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown and New York Jets running back Le'Veon Bell didn't have that kind of relationship with Roethlisberger and that is why they think he isn't a good leader but that is "their truth".

"For me, I think Ben is a good leader. I know Ben a little more in-depth than they do obviously because they felt like they needed to build a better relationship with their quarterback and their quarterback needed to build a better relationship with them."

Harrison added that Brown, Bell and Roethlisberger are all to blame for the lack of a relationship the offensive players had.

Harrison also said he spoke with Roethlisberger about what he could do to try to communicate and relate better with Bell and/or Brown.

"You can try to reach out and do whatever it is but at the end of the day if someone doesn't want to communicate then they're not going to communicate," Harrison said.

Harrison says some players may feel intimidated by Roethlisberger and if they do something wrong, Roethlisberger has the power to hurt their career.

"But that's not true," said Harrison. "I've never known Ben to do anything like that nor have I heard him from anybody in the organization saying that he has tried to do that."

Injured Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier agreed with Harrison, saying on Twitter, "Bro you couldn't have said it better bro."
